All sales are final. Due to customization of the charm necklaces we do not accept returns. CANCELATION of orders must be done within 2 hours of placement. There will be a $4 cancellation processing fee deducted from the refund.

All the jewelry is either gold-filled or gold-plated so it's tarnish resistant. To maintain the quality and color, rinse with purified water after exposure to salt water. The more you care for your necklace, the longer the gold will last.
